Working as part of a newly formed team, in a highly competitive retail environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
Significant grocery and fresh food retail knowledge
Experience in leading and managing staff
Ordering and cost control expertise
An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations
Accurate staff rostering
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach

Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with both staff and management
A flair for merchandising
Strong leadership and delegation skills
